What are the characteristics of combined stacker rack?

Combined metal stackable racking is one of the simpler types of stacking racking. It consists of stainless steel chassis and pillars. The bottom is a steel base pallet. 1. Combined stacking rack has simple structure, less material used and relatively low cost.

Ordinary stacking can load 500-800KG, slightly better applications are 1000KG, or so. Heavier loads can be designed to carry up to 1500KG. We generally recommend that the load should not exceed 1200 KG. Because of the larger the load, the lower the coefficient of safety. For the sake of safety and durability, the general load of 1000KG will be appropriate.

3. If the goods are placed directly on the stacking rack, they will be used as a standard pallet when the pillars are not inserted. When needed, it can be used by inserting a post, which is very simple and practical.

4. When used, pallets can also be placed directly on the stacking rack, so that the stacking rack forms the form and function of the storage shelf. Stacking rack is the shelf, and this kind of shelf can move, flexible and changeable, can make full use of the idle space of warehouse or workshop. Where there are temporary unused places in any corner or open space, stack a few stacker racks. Improve the utilization of warehouses. Compared with other storage shelves, it can move flexibly. The other types of storage shelves are basically in one place after the installation, rather than being able to move easily.

5. When not in use, the pillars can be removed and several stacker racks can be stacked together to save storage space.

6. The surface is sprayed and the color is optional. It can choose the color similar to the CI color style of customers and strengthen the visual impression of enterprises and the sense of cultural belonging of employees. Surface galvanizing treatment can also be selected.

7. Composite stacking frame is welded by steel pipe and steel plate. It is solid and durable. Its service life can be as long as 8 years and 10 years.
