Why choose aluminum pallet for electronic factory loading products

People who have been to the electronic factory know that the electronic factory is a dust-free workshop, and no articles easy to produce dust are allowed to enter, so the wooden pallet is definitely not used. The dust-free room is airtight, and the entrance and exit must pass through the air shower room, or even several doors. It's very dangerous to have a fire in this closed environment, so there are no inflammable and explosives in the workshop of the electronic factory. Paper pallet, wood pallet, and a plastic pallet will be excluded.

At present, steel pallet and aluminum pallet are widely used in electronic factories. Both are fire-proof materials, not rusty and dust-free, very suitable for the dust-free workshop. The differences between steel pallet and aluminum pallet are as follow:

1. The steel pallet is bulky and inconvenient to handle. The aluminum pallet is light (density is one-third of that of steel).

2. The bearing capacity of the aluminum pallet is slightly lower than that of steel pallet (1-3T). But it's enough to carry electronics.

3. The aluminum pallet is assembled by welding or riveting, and the steel pallet is generally connected by welding.

4. The aluminum pallet adopts the way of embedding the flat sealing groove strip to prevent slipping, which is beautiful and generous; the steel pallet adopts the way of brushing the antiskid coating to prevent slipping.

At present, many electronic factories have been using aluminum pallets. Aluminum pallets have gradually replaced steel pallets, and their market share is also increasing.
