Product process details:

① The wire uses the national standard Q235 (positive and negative tolerance is 0.1mm), water pumping steel wire.

② The bottom beam adopts a U-shaped groove to ensure that the product is evenly stressed.

③ Welding adopts gantry welding, welding 32 points at a time, and the welding depth reaches 10%.

④ The foot cup is automatically welded to ensure the product is secure and safe.
